As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, Services is taking precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, our customers, and our community. We understand that during these trying times your heating, hot water and electrical needs are of the utmost importance to you and your loved ones. Be assured, Services will do everything we can to maintain the comfort in your home and/or business by following the recommendations and guidelines set forth by our local health authorities. Although we will continue servicing existing products, to help flatten the curve, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend the installation of all new products and services, but are more than happy to discuss and plan now how we can help you when this crisis is over.
Our staff has embraced social distancing as a necessity, and ask our customers to be patient while we learn and adapt our habits to the challenges this pandemic has created. Services will continue to be available by phone and email (below) to aid you with your questions or concerns. Our expert certified technicians have provided the following tips to help keep you safe:
- Keep spare breakers and/or fuses for your electrical panel.
- Identify and record where your water shut offs are.
- Change your furnace filter regularly.
- Identify and record where your furnace shut off is.
- Keep emergency and utility phone numbers readily available.
